Prices and payment

The website calculates the item estimate from the selected product, size, quantity, and available options. Payment is completed through Stripe Checkout before a paid order enters the production workload.

Artwork

Customers are responsible for supplying artwork they are authorised to reproduce. Each product page shows its current accepted file types, minimum resolution, bleed, and any product-specific preparation instructions. Graphix Productions may request revised artwork when a submitted file cannot be used as supplied.

Preparation and delivery estimates

Preparation and delivery dates shown in the cart and checkout are estimates. They are calculated from the configured minimum delivery period, outstanding paid-order workload, and the items in the current cart.

Delivery and self-collection charges

Self-collection has no delivery charge. For standard delivery, an order subtotal of S$70 or less has a S$15 delivery charge. Above S$70 and below S$85, the delivery charge is the difference between the subtotal and S$85. Standard delivery is free when the subtotal is S$85 or more.
