Information used for orders

Graphix Productions collects the customer and order information needed for account access, checkout, fulfilment, artwork review, and support. This can include contact details, delivery details, configured order items, order notes, and artwork metadata.

Payment processing

Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Graphix Productions records the payment status and provider references needed to reconcile the order.

Artwork files

Uploaded artwork is stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage and associated with the relevant order for production access.
