How are print orders scheduled?+
Paid orders contribute to the current production workload. The cart and checkout update the estimated delivery date using that workload together with the items in the current cart.
What happens after I upload artwork?+
The uploaded artwork is associated with the configured order item for review. Graphix Productions may contact you if the file needs attention before production. Follow the File Prep Guide on the selected product page before uploading.
How long will my order take?+
The cart and checkout display an estimated delivery date. The estimate begins with the configured minimum delivery period and can increase with outstanding paid-order workload and the items in the current cart.
How do I pay for an online order?+
Complete payment through the secure Stripe Checkout page opened from Graphix Productions checkout. The order is updated after Stripe confirms the completed payment.
