Production Note

Printing & Colour Information We use eco-solvent, oil-based ink for our printing. After printing, the material requires approximately 36 hours for degassing and drying before it is ready for further handling or application. Our printers use CMYK inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) only. As we do not print with white ink, white areas in your artwork cannot be printed as white. For transparent materials such as static cling decals and clear stickers, any areas of your design that are white will therefore appear transparent. Our eco-solvent ink is weather-resistant, but continuous exposure to outdoor conditions will naturally cause colours to fade over time. Under normal outdoor conditions, prints typically last around one year, depending on exposure to sunlight, weather and environmental conditions. Lamination & Finishing Our standard prints do not include lamination. We use semi-gloss rolls for all stickers. Achieving White Backgrounds or White Elements If your design requires a white background or white elements on transparent material, one option is to print the artwork in reverse and apply it onto a white backing sticker. This allows the white backing to show through and create the appearance of white in the design. Colour Accuracy We use a manual RIP and colour-management process, so the final printed colours may not be 100% identical to the colours displayed on your screen or in your original artwork. We will, however, do our very best to reproduce and match the colours in your artwork as accurately as possible to achieve the best possible printing result.
