Choose PVC Label Sticker when you need custom dimensions with the label product's current shape choices. Choose PVC Large Sticker when you need a listed A-size preset or custom dimensions, with rectangular or contour-cut choices. This comparison is based on the current configurators and does not assume a difference in material performance.

• Selecting Contour cut moves the current workflow to Custom Size.
• Sticker Adhesion choices: Normal Viscosity and High Viscosity.

Start with finished size

The clearest practical difference is the finished-size workflow.

• Use the label product when the job will be entered as custom width and length from the start.
• Use the large-sticker product when an A-size preset is useful, or when the job needs the large product's custom-size workflow.
• If Contour cut is selected on PVC Large Sticker, enter custom width and length rather than choosing an A-size preset.

The product page remains the source of truth for the dimensions it will accept. Do not transfer a limit shown on one sticker product to the other.

Compare the cutting choices

PVC Label Sticker currently includes circle, rectangular, round-corner rectangular, and custom-shape selections. PVC Large Sticker currently presents rectangular and contour-cut selections.

These labels describe the choices available in the ordering interface. They do not, by themselves, define how a custom cut line should be drawn or supplied. Follow the File Prep Guide on the selected product and obtain confirmation before relying on any unstated cut-line convention.

Prepare the artwork

Both current product records list the same core upload requirements:

• Accepted upload types: PDF, JPG, PNG, and ZIP.
• Maximum upload size: 50 MB.
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI.
• Configured bleed: 3 mm.
